Sacramento CA Baby Sleep Consultant
It’s never too late or too early to start teaching your baby good sleeping habits. There are plenty of little tricks you can use in the first weeks of life to get baby off to the best start. A very common time for parents to come to me for support is around the 4-5 month mark when baby’s sleep habits begin to change. And since crying is the only form of communication a baby has, it makes sense that they will cry in response to change at bedtime. My methods are NOT based on the Cry It Out approach. It is hard to say how much your individual baby will protest; some babies adapt very quickly, some take a bit longer.
