10 Reasons to Work with Charleen
Let’s be honest… sleep deprivation is no joke! Nodding off at work, having a hard time concentrating, or being overly moody because you and your baby are not sleeping well is an awful thing to experience. So let’s delve into what working together will look like and dare to imagine what better sleep might feel like for you, your baby, and your whole family!
When my oldest child was not sleeping well, I was exhausted and frustrated, so I know how hard this time is for parents and families in general. Lack of sleep can cause us to feel irritable, depressed, and nonproductive. Too often, well-meaning friends and family members will offer their suggestions and act like this should be easy. With my help, you will have the understanding, the sympathy, and the guidance from a trained sleep consultant to help get you through this difficult time.
I will provide a customized Sleep Plan for your family based on your unique family situation and the age-appropriate sleep needs for your child. Unlike some sleep plans, this plan will focus on your family and your unique needs and circumstances.
It is very important to me to offer personal touches and just old-school customer service, which just seems to be dwindling these days. We will talk as much, or as little as you like through Voxer, a walkie-talkie- app and also talk on the phone, if needed. I find that using Voxer helps you get your questions answered much faster and I feel much more connected to your family because I have a better pulse of what's going on. You’ll never have to feel alone again
The one-on-one support ensures you will have clear guidance and no question as to how to proceed at any point. This is not complicated, so you don’t have to worry about learning lots of new information. There are basic principles that, once learned, will help you, your baby, and your entire family to begin sleeping again.
I will be your support system, your soundboard to bounce ideas off of, and I will be your overall cheerleader throughout the whole process. No more days of feeling discouraged and alone, trying to figure it all out. I will be helping you through the tough times and rejoicing with you as you experience success for your efforts!
It’s easy for someone to say that they have a solution for your problems, and then leave you to figure it out. I’m just not that type of person. I’m available for questions throughout our 3-4 weeks of working together. Your success is my success, and more than anything, I want to help you and your baby get the rest you need. That’s why I’m here when you need me.
Your child will be able to better cope with everyday challenges as he/she is getting the full amount of sleep that they need. We all know how hard it is to go through the day exhausted due to lack of sleep. Through the Sleep Sense method, you will learn how to help your child get himself to sleep.
You can start to count on a sleep schedule for your child, in order to plan around your babe’s fun-filled day. Rather than worrying about your child being too tired, you can make plans knowing that they have gotten a good night’s rest. Having a routine with regular sleep times can make all the difference physically, mentally, and emotionally!
Start feeling like yourself again!
Working towards some better sleep practices will maintain your sanity! While our #1 goal is to help your child sleep, it’s also important to remember how important all of this is for you too! In fact, if your baby isn’t sleeping, it’s likely that your entire family is affected. You can look forward to getting more rest and feeling like yourself again!
Are you tired of missing out on fun, personal time with those you love? Your nights will now free up to allow you to reconnect with other adults in your life or to simply binge-watch Netflix! The point is, you can have your own time to rest and recharge however you like, because that is SO important when raising a family. You will be able to reconnect with your spouse and also enjoy more time with your entire family without feeling exhausted.
