During this call we will hone in on the best Sleep Package that fits your needs. 

Prenatal + Newborn Package

(Up to 16 weeks of age)

If your little one is less than 3 months old, or if you are expecting a new baby, then… congratulations!! This is such a wonderful time but, once babe is here, can also be a stressful time if your baby isn’t sleeping. There are so many emotions, adjusting to your family growing by one more and just being flat out exhausted all the time. Yes, you are likely in survival mode with your new addition, but you also don’t have to be sleeping in 45-minute chunks because your newborn has his/her days and nights confused. It is absolutely possible for your newborn to sleep well for his/her age, doing longer sleep stretches and still maintaining those feeds in the middle of the night.

For the Prenatal/Newborn you will learn what you need to help get everyone off to a great sleep start. Once babe is here, you will help him/her begin to get an idea of what daytime versus nighttime looks like. You will also learn how to gently encourage longer stretches of nighttime sleep and start working towards some better naps during the day.

Infant + Baby Package​

(From 4 to 17 months of age)

As your child gets a little older, sleep might still be struggle. Maybe you never really recovered from the 4 month sleep regression, or your older baby suddenly started waking 5 times each night, or naps have consistently been 30min long for months. All of these are very common, but do not have to be the norm.   

For this package you will learn how to guide you babe towards more independent sleep skills and self-soothing strategies. You will start to shift to a more consistent sleeping schedule, where you can begin to plan your day around naps, expect when your babe will be going to bed and how many night wakings you might have… hopefully none!! And if it is appropriate, based on you child’s age, weight and calorie intake, it is possible that your babe can start sleeping through the night 10 to 12 hours straight.

Toddler + Older Child Package

(From 18 months to 10 years of age)

As your child grows into a rambunctious toddler, or strong willed older child, it’s an exciting time – but it can also be challenging. They start to become more independent, testing out boundaries and coming into their own. So depending on the age of your toddler, or older child, you might still continue to struggle with bedtime routine taking upwards of 2 hours, or you having never slept though the night once yourself.

For the Toddler/Older Child Package you will learn how to tackle strong emotions, boundary pushing, rough bedtimes, guide him/her around all those night wakings, or early mornings and lengthen any short nap (if your babe is still taking them).

Once we have talked in more detail, we will work on your child’s sleep over the course of our time together. During this time, I will guide you through the below 6 Steps until your child is not only sleeping, but SLEEPING WELL.

Step 1

You will fill out a short QUESTIONNAIRE that lets me understand your child’s sleep on a deeper level. There, you’ll tell me what your child's days look like now, what is important to you about this whole process and what goals you’d like to reach.

Step 2

With your input from Step 1, I'll create a CUSTOMIZED SLEEP PLAN for your family. No more searching through books, or Googling in the middle of the night. You will have a detailed step-by-step plan to reach your sleep goals.

Step 3

We will talk on the phone for a 90-MINUTE PRIVATE CONSULTATION where we walk through your child’s customized sleep plan. You will learn how to address bedtime, nap time and night wakings and all your questions will be answered to make sure you have everything you need and are comfortable to start.

Step 4

Because sleep is always changing, I’m available for ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT through Voxer (walkie-talkie app) during our time working together. I’ll be in your back pocket, daily, to answer your questions, celebrate successes, and hold you accountable every single day.

Step 5

You’ll fill out SLEEP LOGS to document sleep as it happens, which is a great way to see sleep trending over time.

Step 6

When we’re done, you’ll receive a GRADUATION PACKET containing documents to help you with any future sleep changes as they come up down the road, so you never feel lost or confused again.

What all of this means for you is you will have what you need to go from simply exhausted, to experiencing a sigh of relief as the sheer weight around lack of sleep is lifted.
